By submitting such information, you agree and warrant that the Apple App Store or Google Play Store have the right to use or provide the information to third parties for payment processing. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Apple or Google.

These Terms of Use are only between you and us, and not with the applicable Third-Party App Store. Each Third-Party App Store may have its own terms and conditions to which you must agree before downloading the Service from it.
